If you connect Gmail, does it catch every audition email automatically?
Not on its own before the fact. The subscription Gmail uses to notify a connected system of new mail expires 7 days after it is registered, and the cursor used to catch up on missed messages stops working once it is older than about 7 days.

Why might an old audition email be missing from a synced history?
A sync only starts catching mail from the moment it is connected forward; Gmail does not backfill older mail into a newly created subscription.
That is why a mailbox can hold audition emails a platform-side sync never captured: in one case, emails from years earlier sat in the live mailbox but were absent from the synced record, which only reached back to a later year.
Can you trust the date in a casting email's subject line?
Not always. A Casting Networks subject line can encode the date of the audition or callback itself rather than the date the email arrived; in one case an email arrived on May 3 with a subject that said May 4.
Do Actors Access emails include the rate or role description?
No. Actors Access notification emails do not carry rate or role-description content, so for that detail you still need to check the platform itself.
