How to see past auditions on Actors Access

On Actors Access, past auditions live on two separate quicksheets: the Current quicksheet and the Archived quicksheet.

To see auditions from earlier in your career, switch to the Archived quicksheet and page back through it.

Where do old Actors Access auditions go?

Older submissions are the ones you find on the Archived quicksheet rather than the Current one, so history you cannot see in the current view is usually there instead.

Each quicksheet shows 30 rows per page, so older history is paged through rather than scrolled.

Can you still see the original casting breakdown for an old submission?

In our experience, opening an older submission's detail page often shows a message that the invitation is no longer active, instead of the original breakdown.

Does Actors Access delete audition history after a certain time?

We haven't found a published retention window, in days, months, or years, for Actors Access history.

We can't say whether or when older submissions are removed or hidden, only that we haven't seen documentation of one, so treat any claim of an expiry date as unconfirmed.

Layne auto-syncs an actor's audition history from Gmail and casting sites into a career report, so your own record doesn't depend on which quicksheet a submission currently sits on.
